I just sold my condo using Hardeman Real Estate and everything was flawless. I have done many deals with them and always been very impressed by their professionalism, and ability to stick to what they say. I will continue to use Stefan and Tim whenever I have a house I want to sell.

Well, here’s the skinny on these guys. They called me out of the blue. “Want to sell your condo”? Actually, I did but it needed a lot of work, including a new air and heating system. I was very wary; in fact, I was warned about cold callers wanting to buy my place. I listened, but my guard was up. At this point, let me cut to the chase. These guys could not have been more professional. We made a deal. I had many, many questions that were always promptly answered via text. I closed on my part separately from the buyer and then left town, hoping I would receive my funds when the buyer closed a few days later. The closing went as planned at the attorney’s office and I received my promised funds by wire within the hour. Every penny was accounted for and I received what I was promised in our contract. It is my pleasure to recommend these guys. They have names: Frederick and Stefan. Bottom line: you can trust them. They made the entire process streamlined and they delivered on their promises. I have told them if they ever have a seller who needs reassurance, they may give out my phone number and I would be happy to answer any questions about my experience with Frederick and Stefan. Five stars!!

Tim Hardeman purchased a 6 unit townhouse building across the street from me in Decatur. It was not kept up very well by the last owner and he came in and not only renovated the whole building but cleaned up the street and filled in pot holes, cut everyone’s grass, changed out several of my neighbors mailboxes and even fixed my car for me! He’s a blessing and I wish there were more real estate investors that took care of the neighborhood like he did for us. Thank you!

Tim Hardeman and Frederick Bailey were absolutely wonderful to work with. It made selling the house so much easier and we even closed early. I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of listing a property.

These guys were great with the sale of my dad’s house after it was destroyed by a fallen tree. Very helpful with the probate process, and even provided my dad with an Uber to and from closing. Would highly recommend
