Tim Hardeman attended Georgia Southern University before earning his finance degree from Georgia State University. He became a licensed agent while still in college and has been practicing real estate since 2012. He later became one of the top real estate agents in the United States for Keller Williams Realty and founded an Atlanta-based brokerage, Peachtree Property Residential. In 2023, Tim obtained his commercial general contractor license in Georgia, as well as a second brokerage license in Florida. In his free time, Tim enjoys high-altitude mountaineering, having climbed notable peaks such as Denali, Vinson Massif, Kilimanjaro, and Elbrus. He also enjoys international travel, playing golf, and is currently pursuing a private pilot’s license.
